We called our vacation to Orlando a couple weeks ago a “super vacation” cause we got to go to so many theme parks. Certainly not typical, but we got some good discounts on lodging (afvclub.com for military folks), free Sea World passes (again military), slightly discounted Universal Orlando tickets, and buy 1 get 1 free Legoland tickets. Whew!
Sea World was pretty fun though and we are glad we went. I didn’t take many photos for some reason, maybe cause we were mostly watching shows? Anyhow, one of the highlights was the Polar Express ride/experience which wasn’t even supposed to start until the 25th or something. Anyhow, the big kids and Luke got to ride, but guess what Paul did?
Oh, well, he did at least get to look at the train earlier that day.

We loved Sea World. It's true that it's mostly shows. I was wide eyed and on the edge of my seat watching those killer whales though. Over a year later and we still break out into the Shamu chant occasionally.
I LOVE Sea World!
What exactly is the Polar Express experience? We are going to Sea World next month and Jackson loves this movie. I didn't know Sea World did this.
Its one of those sit in a seat that moves around a little bit while there is a big screen in front of you. Gosh, what does Disney have like that? I'm not sure that Jackson will be tall enough, I'm pretty sure Paul wasn't old enough to ride the ride but they have a "walk through" line. I didn't do any of it though, Luke took both Ruthanne and John on the ride. I think they also took a picture with Santa during the experience but I had the camera. Earlier in the day when we were all awake, the line was pretty crazy. If you are going once school is out, I would probably make this the first thing I did to avoid crazy lines.
