Woohoo!
We will drive down tomorrow (Wednesday), check into our hotel, then go to Downtown Disney to pick up our tickets and look around. Then we will head back to the hotel for an early night.
Thursday will be spent at Magic Kingdom, Friday at Animal Kingdom, and Saturday at Magic Kingdom again. I hope everyone behaves, we have lots of fun, and no one gets sick!

Yes, it's all whole wheat flour that we got from the church store house and ground in our grinder. Do you have a grinder? Your mom does and she said she had never taken it out of the box. I'd steal it from her if you don't have one. It's so easy I can't believe I haven't done it before. I guess you have to start somewhere. I really want to get this down pat. My bread stayed moist for about 5 days. I did keep it wrapped tight though.
